In another unforced error by President Joe Biden’s handlers, he was sent out on national television, during prime time, to convince Americans he is fit to lead the free world. Umm, he blew it.
The address appears to be in response to the special counsel deciding that Biden is unfit to stand trial for any of the crimes against him. That also means that he is unfit to lead the country (which everyone already knew).
This speech did NOT help him.
